Service Terms

CEMATECH provides software consulting, custom application development, system integration, AI-Assisted Engineering, implementation, and ongoing support based on the scope defined in the relevant proposal, contract, or delivery document.

Each engagement may have different deliverables, timelines, and collaboration models depending on business needs, solution complexity, and the readiness of the systems or data involved.

CEMATECH is responsible for delivering services professionally and in line with the agreed scope of work.

Clients are responsible for providing the information, access, decisions, and coordination support needed for discovery, development, testing, and handover to move effectively.

Changes in scope, additional requirements, or major revisions beyond the original agreement may affect timeline, cost, and delivery priorities.

Any significant change will be reviewed and confirmed through an updated proposal, change request, or supporting project document.

Rights to final deliverables follow the commercial and project agreement made with the client. Third-party frameworks, libraries, and tools remain subject to their respective licenses.

CEMATECH retains ownership of internal methods, reusable workflows, and supporting components that are not explicitly transferred in the project agreement.
